An Introduction

I’ve spent far too long aiming for perfection, letting it hold me back from the things I truly want to do. But today, I've made a promise to myself—to simply begin, to embrace the beauty in imperfection, and be content with being average, being ordinary.

So here it is, the big news… We’re taking a leap of faith, pushing out of our comfort zone and setting off on a new adventure. We’ve decided to call Dubai our new home. A bold step, a new chapter and a world of new possibilities await us.

Freed from the constraints of a nine-to-five, I find myself with the rare gift of time, a chance to immerse fully in the things that I love! And hopefully you will join me on my biggest adventure yet.

After much deliberation, ‘The Wandering Table’ is the handle I’ve settled on - I can’t promise it won’t change! It has been a journey in itself, finding a handle that captures the essence of my love for food, travel and time spent with loved ones. Around a table is always a place for new stories and flavours, a place where all of my passions can come together. Whether it’s a simple, wholesome meal shared on a quiet mid-week evening, an indulgent dinner party filled with laughter, or the discovery of new flavours while wandering the world, I hope to inspire you to nourish not just your body, but your soul as well.
